Long Beach Pride Parade Experiences a Record Turnout
On May 18, the 31st annual Long Beach Lesbian
& Gay Pride Parade was held on Ocean Boulevard. Long Beach Airport (LGB)
staff and volunteers helped to welcome thousands of members of the LGBTQ
community and allies to the event, hosted by Long Beach Lesbian & Gay
Pride, Inc.

LGB’s parade float featured the palm trees, planes, and the musical stylings of DJ A-Ron. The celebration is the 3rd largest of its kind in the country and features performances, food, and fun for all.
