LGB's Preservation Recognition
Long Beach Airport (LGB) was honored last week during the Long Beach Heritage's 26th Annual Preservation Awards on Thursday, Feb. 27. The award ceremony took place aboard the Queen Mary in the Grand Salon. LGB was recognized for uncovering and refurbishing the floor mosaics in its historic terminal. Engineer, Stephan Lum, Maintenance and Facilities Manager, Fred Peńa and Art Deco consultant, John Thomas received the award on behalf of the airport.
